FATHER TUCK'S ANNUAL girl in red jacket, scarf, skirt and cap extends one arm
|
the two annuals in this set have front cover pictures of the girl that are mirror images of each other, one has her pulling a sleigh of holly and the other only shows her hand holding a branch Father Tuck's Annual is a broad set that also includes the LITTLE PEOPLE'S ANNUAL and the FATHER TUCK'S ANNUAL FOR LITTLE PEOPLE WITH "COME TO LIFE" PICTURES and TUCK'S ANNUAL WITH REALISTIC SURPRISE PANORAMAS. They are very difficult to date! Any help would be gratefully appreciated! They were issued for the Christmas season of each year to be given as gifts to celebrate the approaching New Year. Gift inscriptions are only partially useful in determining the publishing year. The annuals come in different editions and some have Tuck numbers and some do not. I referred to Adele Geraghty's board on Pinterest.
